January

The year began with a proud moment as our Founder was honoured with the Global Change Maker Award by ESG Research Foundation India, held in Dubai, for driving sustainability- focused initiatives. This recognition reaffirmed our purpose and the impact behind our work. Guided by this belief, we continued to act. CNGFirst by ReadyAssist expanded to Mysore, Shimoga, and Hassan, furthering our mission to build a cleaner and more responsible mobility ecosystem.

As AI continued to reshape the world, it further strengthened our technology-first approach. Building on this foundation, we upgraded our command center with advanced deeptech and AI-powered systems to drive greater operational efficiency through our 11,000+ service providers across 19,100+ pin codes, delivering an even better customer experience.

March was both rewarding and adventurous. Our services earned industry recognition with the Fleet Maintenance & Repair Assistance Leader award, while CNGFirst was honoured as the Best Go Green Initiative of the Year. At the same time, we took pride in partnering with the adventurous women of CRF Women on Wheels, supporting their journeys across India as they continue to inspire countless others along the way.

April stood out as a month of empowerment and purpose. Our Founder & CEO, Mr. Vimal Singh SV, was inducted as an Advisory Committee Member of Parihar, a Bengaluru City Police NGO, marking a proud moment for the entire team. Strengthening this commitment further was our service excellence, reflected in an NPS rating in the “Excellent” category, reaffirming the trust our customers place in us.

May brought yet another moment of recognition, this time for the value we place at the heart of everything we do: customer delight. We were honoured with the Best Customer Experience in the Service Industry award, reaffirming our commitment to delivering exceptional service at every customer touchpoint.

June was about sustainability, empowerment, and celebration. The month began with progress towards our sustainable mobility vision as we launched the CNGFirst centre in Trivandrum on the occasion of World Environment Day. It continued with empowering first-time women riders through our partnership with the RB for Women initiative. The month concluded on a celebratory note with the Annual Event 2025 held in Sakleshpur, Karnataka, where the team came together to celebrate, reconnect, and reflect on a decade of the ReadyAssist journey.

July

July marked a proud internal milestone as ReadyAssist stood out as the highest-rated RSA company in India on both AmbitionBox and Glassdoor, the leading employer rating platforms. This achievement reflected the strong culture, trust, and sense of ownership our teams continue to build every day.

August was all about new launches and marketing magic. We flagged off new towing trucks to serve our customers with excellence on the streets of Bengaluru. At the same time, the magic extended online as one of our influencer collaborations created a buzz on social media, delivering 10 million+ views.

September was about growing together. Our online community grew stronger as we crossed 10,000 followers on both LinkedIn and Instagram, a milestone that reflected the trust, engagement, and support of our ever-growing digital audience.

As EV adoption accelerates, sustainability continues to shape the future of mobility. Our Founder & CEO, Mr. Vimal Singh SV, featured in an ET Edge Insights article, sharing insights on why the push for EV manufacturing must go hand in hand with a robust, pan-India service infrastructure to truly enable sustainable mobility.

November was about recognising the strength of our on-ground ecosystem. Along with instant payouts for every successful service, we celebrated our vendor partners through dedicated vendor rewards via our Mec+ app, acknowledging their commitment, reliability, and the critical role they play in delivering seamless service experiences every day.

December featured key industry engagements at the ET Auto EV Conclave and the India Vehicle After Sales Summit, where we shared insights on how tech-powered roadside assistance and after-sales support shape customer experience. Annual Event 2025

Our Annual Event 2025 in Sakleshpur brought the team together to celebrate our Founder & CEO, Mr. Vimal Singh SV’s birthday, a decade of ReadyAssist serving customers across India, and the people who have been part of this journey through every phase. The occasion also recognised team members completing 5 and 10 years with ReadyAssist, along with a few exceptional performers, in appreciation of their dedication and commitment.

We came together for a Leadership Connect session with Mr. Abhishek Chandrashekar, CEO of Royal Brothers, gaining firsthand insights into his journey of building a successful business. Christmas marked the final celebrations of the year as our office transformed into a winter wonderland. Adorned with festive decor, music, and cheer, we came together for lively celebrations, a shared potluck, and moments of dance and joy around the DJ. It was the perfect way to celebrate together and gear up, as one team, for the year ahead.
